Peter Polyak, Ph.D.

Peter Polyak completed his Ph.D. at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He is currently employed by The Ohio State University, where he works as a Research Scientist. His main fields of interest are the fermentation, processing, application, and enzyme-catalyzed depolymerization of microbial polyesters, as well as the preparation of various drug carrier matrices from polymers such as polyesters and polyisobutylene-based thermoplastic elastomers.
